An Insurance Agency is seeking an ambitious individual as customer support staff to assist with day-to-day operations of the business. An award-winning agency based in Coshocton, Ohio specializing in Commercial/Farm, Annuities, Auto, Home, Life and more.  The hourly range is based on experience plus commission and bonus opportunities! 

Job Responsibilities

-          Receive Phone Calls and Office Visitors
-          Review and Process Client Changes, Additions, Revisions, Cancelations, Payments
-          Proactively Schedule Annual Professional Insurance Reviews
-          Keep Record of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Inquiries, and Comments
-          Administer and Adhere to Agency Practices and Procedures
-          Develop and Maintain knowledge of products agency offers
-          Maintain Agency Database & Assist in Marketing Campaigns

 
Job Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

-          Must have or obtain insurance license with support of agency
-          Must be detail oriented and able to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
-          Demonstrates Professional Demeanor
-          Excellent Phone Communication Skills Required
-          Manage Agency Correspondence Including Email, Fax, and Mail
-          Previous Customer Service Experience Required
-          Must have solid PC Skills, Basic Math Skills, and Strong Analytical Capability
-          Working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, & PowerPoint)
-           Must be comfortable with web-based software applications

 
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
