Woolever Insurance Agency in Delaware, Ohio  is seeking an ambitious individual as customer support staff to assist with day-to-day operations of the business. An award-winning agency based in Delaware, Ohio specializing in Auto, Home, Life and Commercial insurance.  The hourly range is based on experience plus bonus opportunities! 

Job Responsibilities

-          Receive Phone Calls and Office Visitors
-          Review and Process Client Changes, Additions, Revisions, Cancelations, Payments
-          Proactively Schedule Annual Professional Insurance Reviews
-          Keep Record of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Inquiries, and Comments
-          Administer and Adhere to Agency Practices and Procedures
-          Quote preparation and gathering information for final review
-          Maintain Agency Database & Assist in Marketing Campaigns

 

Job Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

-          Must have Property and Casualty insurance license
-          Must be detail oriented and able to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
-          Demonstrates Professional Demeanor
-          Excellent Phone Communication Skills Required
-          Manage Agency Correspondence Including Email, Fax, and Mail
-          Previous Customer Service Experience Required
-          Must have solid PC Skills, Basic Math Skills, and Strong Analytical Capability
-          Working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
-           Must be comfortable with web-based software applications








Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
